My vape isn’t working — what should I check first?

Before submitting a claim, please check:

  • Is the device fully charged?

  • Have you used the correct charging cable and adaptor?

  • If refillable, was the coil properly primed before use?

  • Is the pod or tank securely fitted?

  • Is there visible physical damage or leakage?

Why does my vape taste burnt?

Burnt taste is usually caused by:

  • Insufficient priming of the coil

  • Running the device at too high a wattage

  • Using the device while low on e-liquid

Burnt coils are considered normal wear and tear and are not covered under warranty.

Reporting a Fault

If you believe an item is faulty, you must complete our Vape Fault & Warranty Claim Form.

When submitting a claim, you will be required to provide:

  • Your order number

  • Batch or serial number (where applicable)

  • A clear description of the issue

  • Photo or video evidence (where requested)

Faults must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Please retain the product and all original packaging until your claim has been reviewed. Claims may be declined if required information or evidence is not provided.

All items are subject to inspection and approval before any credit, replacement or refund is issued.

 

Returns Process

If a claim is approved:

  • You may be required to return the item for inspection

  • Returned items will be assessed before any credit or replacement is issued

  • Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method

Failure to return an item when requested may result in the claim being declined.

 

What Is Not Covered

Warranty does not cover:

  • Accidental damage

  • Liquid or water damage

  • Burnt coils or incorrect priming

  • Incorrect charging or use of non-approved chargers

  • Cosmetic wear and tear

  • Tampering or modification

  • Damage caused by misuse

  • Normal performance decline over time

We reserve the right to refuse claims that do not meet these conditions.

Warranty Periods

Warranty periods begin from the date of delivery.

Vape Devices (Including Kits & Pod Systems)

Covered by a 6-month warranty against verified manufacturer defects only.

External Batteries

Covered by a 60-day warranty against manufacturer defects only.

Chargers & Charging Accessories

Covered by a 12-month warranty against electrical faults.

Tanks, Pods & Coils

These are consumable items and are not covered under warranty unless faulty on arrival.

Disposable Vapes

Disposable devices are consumable products and are not covered under warranty once used, except in cases of verified manufacturer defect.

E-Liquids

E-liquids are sealed consumable products and are not covered under warranty unless there is a verified manufacturing fault or shipping error.
