Eligibility assessment
A short health review to confirm you are suitable for the programme. This can be done in person or via a referral from your GP or QMUL.
Prescription & dispensing
Once approved by the prescriber, your prescription is processed and your medication is dispensed, and then we can deliver to your home
Ongoing support & check-ins
Regular appointments with our pharmacy team to review your progress and provide ongoing lifestyle advice throughout your journey.
