  • Additional patient contact information, if provided to assist delivery tracking (phone number, email address)
  • Advisor identification information (Name, email address)

How we collect your data

  • Data is collected through orders placed on our platform, by your smoking cessation advisors

Why we collect it 

  • Facilitating Orders and Distribution: To manage orders and ensure the timely delivery of nicotine replacement products.
  • Invoicing & Reporting: To monitor orders for invoicing and producing reports that improve the effectiveness of your smoking cessation program.

Legal basis for processing

  • Your Explicit Consent: Where you have provided consent.
  • Public Interest: Processing necessary for tasks carried out in the interest of public health initiatives
  • Legal Obligations: Compliance with statutory requirements.

Who we share it with 

Patient details may be shared with Royal Mail, or any other approved delivery partner, in order to deliver our NRT products to the patient.
