Return of Goods
If wrong or faulty goods are sent and it was the fault of the MK Medicals UK, the latter will pay for the goods to be returned. Otherwise it is the client’s responsibility to pay for the return of the goods. If the client wishes to return any goods to us they must firstly telephone MK Medicals or notify us in writing.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
All returned goods must be in a re-saleable condition before a credit can be issued. Returned goods are subjects 20% re-stocking fees.
